The annual Christian Aid quiz night will take place at Greenall’s Social Club, Alder Hey Road, St Helens, on Friday 16th March at 8.00pm, hosted by Andy Watkins. Christianity Explored
The Christianity Explored course started on Wednesday 25th January 2012 at 7.30pm, and continues for seven weeks, until 7th March. Although the course started recently, it is still not too late to join us! Live At 7
The new ‘Live At 7‘ evening service started on Sunday 15th January 2012 at 7.00pm, and the second service has just taken place, on Sunday 19th February. The service will continue to be held on the 3rd Sunday each month, and future dates are 18th March, 15th April, 20th May, 17th June, 15th July, 16th September, 21st October, 18th November and 16th December. Refreshments are served before and after the event – everyone is welcome!
An evening with Pete James
Sunday 4th December 2011, 4.00pm
On Sunday, St Helen’s Parish Church welcomed Pete James and a team from St Thomas’ Church, Philadelphia (Sheffield) to lead an evening of worship.
Approximately 250 people from across St Helens came together to worship God, and to hear about some of the exciting things that are happening in Sheffield.
The worship was lead by Pete, together with Jamie, Ben, Tommo and Beth, and we really enjoyed meeting them and making new friends. Please continue to pray for the work in Sheffield as well as Pete’s own ministry.
Our ‘Live at 7′ monthly evening service began on Sunday 15th January 2012 at 7.00pm – we hope to see you at future services, on the 3rd Sunday of each month.

Tots and Tinies
This group is for pre-school children and their parents or carers. It runs each Tuesday during school term-time, from 9.15am to 11.15am. If you wish to register for this group, please contact the Church Office.

Saturday Prayer Times
Our Saturday prayer mornings started in church on 18th February, and will take place on the 3rd Saturday of each month, (which is the day before each month’s “Live at 7″ Sunday service) from 9.30-10.15am.
All are welcome to attend.
